Client Service Update from MFS

A message from Managing Director, Alan Tollworthy 

Following the Government’s announcement that 19th July 2021 marked the end of “lockdown” followed by the announcements of 30th November 2021 and 8th December 2021 in response to the arrival of the Omicron variant and more then the announcement of 19th January 2022 advising of the end of “Plan B” , I am writing to reassure you that MFS continues to maintain a hygienic working environment for clients and MFS staff alike.

According to your preference, and that of your consultant, face to face meetings can be held at the MFS offices or at your home or other venue, but alternatively meetings can be held by video link or telephone.

The wearing of masks at face to face meetings and social distancing are subject to the discretion of yourself and your adviser. Masks and sanitiser are available at the office. The MFS offices are large and well aired. The furniture is placed and arranged so that social distancing is not a problem.

As you are probably aware, fraudsters are looking to take advantage of the anxiety and uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic and we therefore ask you to remain especially vigilant. In particular be on your guard against those asking to gain access to your computer, tablet or smart phone or trying to convince you to make money transfers. The fraudsters can seem very plausible so we encourage you to take great care.

I advise you to contact your adviser or a staff member if you receive any communication about which you are dubious.
